Self-care isn’t just bubble baths and relaxation— it’s the deliberate act of protecting your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This can include:

  • Setting healthy boundaries (saying “no” when needed)

  • Prioritizing sleep and nutrition

  • Engaging in activities that bring joy and calm

  • Practicing mindfulness or deep breathing

  • Checking in with yourself emotionally and asking, “What do I need right now?”

    REMEMBER: Self-care is not selfish— it’s maintenance. “You can’t pour from an empty ‘cup’”.
