Self-care isn’t just bubble baths and relaxation— it’s the deliberate act of protecting your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This can include:
Setting healthy boundaries (saying “no” when needed)
Prioritizing sleep and nutrition
Engaging in activities that bring joy and calm
Practicing mindfulness or deep breathing
Checking in with yourself emotionally and asking, “What do I need right now?”
REMEMBER: Self-care is not selfish— it’s maintenance. “You can’t pour from an empty ‘cup’”.
